Veronica Stivers, Founder and Lead Event Planner

Based in Louisville, Kentucky, Veronica Stivers brings over 30 years of hospitality experience to every event she touches — and that experience shows in every detail.

Her journey began at Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, SC, where she studied Baking & Pastry. Since then, she's run top restaurants, worked in wine and spirits, coordinated multi-state activations for a bourbon brand, and managed events at Louisville's renowned 21c Museum Hotel — experience that lets her bring any vision to life, no matter the scale, audience, or objective.

Through Umbrella Event Group, Veronica designs and produces corporate and nonprofit events from New York to California to London — galas, conferences, fundraisers, product launches, and everything in between. Whether the goal is to inspire a room, celebrate a milestone, or raise support for a cause, every event gets the same thoughtful, high-caliber treatment.

Veronica handles the details so you don't have to — leaving you free to be fully present, engage your guests, and focus on what your event is really there to achieve.

Veronica is a Certified Specialist in Wine by the Society of Wine Educators, as well as a Certified Executive Bourbon Steward by the Stave and Thief Society. Let’s have a coffee (or a drink!) and talk about your event!
